Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the prize, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Nominated by a National Commission, Permanent Delegation to UNESCO, or an official NGO partner of UNESCO.
- Show significant contributions to the advancement of girls’ and women’s education.

How to Apply: Nomination Process:
- Nominations should be submitted online in English or French by a National Commission, Permanent Delegation to UNESCO, or an NGO partnered with UNESCO. Validations are required from the respective entities.

- NGOs partnered with UNESCO can request direct access to the platform by contacting [email protected].
- Complete the online nomination form provided by the nominating entity. Access will be granted by the Prize Secretariat.
- All nominations must be submitted online by midnight on May 24, 2024 (UTC+1, Paris time). Each entity is limited to three nominations.
