How to Download the 2024 NSCDC Referee Form PDF

If you are applying to join the Civil Defence Corps, you will need to submit a referee form, also known as a guarantor form, during the screening process. In this article, you will find the link to download the NSCDC guarantor form.

The NSCDC requires that the referee form be filled and signed by two referees. These individuals should be upstanding members of the society and should not be related to you. It’s important for your guarantors to be known and reputable individuals to avoid any potential issues in the future.

Qualified Persons as NSCDC Referees

The NSCDC recognizes the following individuals as qualified referees or guarantors:

Traditional ruler
Magistrates
Local Government Chairman
Secretary to State or Local Government
Head of Educational Institutions attended (Principals, Rectors, Provosts, and Vice Chancellors)
PG of your town or community

It’s important to note that if a career civil servant is serving as your referee, they must be at or above Grade Level 12. Fire Officers must not be below the rank of CSF, and paramilitary or military officers must be of equivalent rank or higher.
