Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme 2024/2025
Singapore in partnership with ICAO offers the Developing Countries Training Programme (DCTP), sponsored by the Singapore Government and managed by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau. This program awards 330 Fellowships and 10 Scholarships to government officials from eligible developing countries to participate in specialized training programs at the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA).

Eligibility Criteria
The Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme is open to:
- Government officials endorsed by their Director-General of Civil Aviation or equivalent.
- Organizations can nominate one applicant per course.
- Applicants with relevant job qualifications/work portfolios.
