Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements for The AIG Public Leaders Programme:

  • Must be citizens of any African country and actively working within the public sector in Africa
  • Should have a minimum of seven years of working experience
  • Must be at Grade-level 12 and above
  • Should not be above 50 years of age

Participants will work on developing the following skills:

  • Effective communication
  • Utilizing digital technology
  • Enhancing decision-making by reducing cognitive bias
  • Improving organizational effectiveness
  • Upholding personal integrity
