Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements for The AIG Public Leaders Programme:
- Must be citizens of any African country and actively working within the public sector in Africa
- Should have a minimum of seven years of working experience
- Must be at Grade-level 12 and above
- Should not be above 50 years of age
Participants will work on developing the following skills:
- Effective communication
- Utilizing digital technology
- Enhancing decision-making by reducing cognitive bias
- Improving organizational effectiveness
- Upholding personal integrity
