The 3MTT program is launching in Nigeria and looking to bring on 37 Learning Community Managers to oversee the activities of the Community members. The 3MTT Learning Community provides learners with access to structured content and a network of peers for support.

What is 3MTT :

The 3 Million Technical Talent (MTT) program is a key initiative of the Renewed Hope agenda, designed to strengthen Nigeria’s technical talent pool and position the country as a leading provider of digital expertise. The program’s first phase, in partnership with NITDA, will involve fellows, training providers, partners, and placement organizations.

The 3MTT Community Manager Role

The 3MTT Community Manager in Nigeria will be responsible for:

1. Leading and cultivating 3MTT’s technical talent community and scalable programs within the state
2. Maintaining and building the 3MTT brand in the state to attract new community members and fellows
3. Developing growth strategies and metrics for long-term community success
4. Assisting in tracking metrics for learner progress and selection effectiveness
5. Coordinating volunteers, experts, and venues for events

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

1. 3-4 years of managerial experience and strong leadership skills
2. Understanding of the Nigeria developer ecosystem or relevant community management experience
3. Ability to utilize technology to build scalable systems and programs
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
5. Self-starter mindset with a high attention to detail
6. Strong professional relationship-building skills
7. Proven initiative and persistence in problem-solving
