Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Google Conference Scholarships for African Students, applicants must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years old
- Be a University Student or industry professional
- Be a citizen, permanent resident of, or currently studying in the US, Canada, or Mexico
- Be able to attend the conference in full
- Be a full-time student enrolled in a recognized university in Africa in need of conference travel funds
- Have a paper accepted at a top-tier computer science conference
- Be the sole or joint first author of the accepted paper
