The ICPC Salary Structure & Allowance
The wage structure of ICPC personnel in Nigeria is based on grade levels and other criteria. For example, entry-level personnel at ICPC Nigeria with a grade level 8, step 1, have an average monthly wage of around 74,000, totaling a little over 800,000 per year. This amount increases for their colleagues in grade Level 8, step 2, who receive a monthly starting pay of 75,000.
Meanwhile, graduates of polytechnics, who are HND holders, are put on grade level 7, step 1, and are paid a monthly wage of around 50,000, totaling 600,000 per annum. Their salary package is greatly enhanced by allowances and bonuses.
