Assistant Technical Officer – Essential Drugs & Logistics

Job Specifications:

Under the direct supervision of the Team lead, the Assistant Technical Officer – Essential Drugs (ATO-ED) will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of sustainable essential drugs supply components for delivering health and nutrition interventions to Cameroon refugees and host communities. The ATO-ED’s responsibilities include:
– Provide logistics support to the outreach team and Primary Health Centers (PHCs)
– Ensure that all documentation for health commodities in the team is complete and compliant with established standards
– Monitor disbursements of medications, drugs, and consumables to health facilities
– Support the review of PHC encounter bills and referral bills and certify the bills for payment by the National Headquarters (NHQ)
