The Machel-Mandela Internship Programme for Young Graduates 2024
The Brenthurst Foundation is looking for young graduates to apply for the Machel-Mandela Internship Programme. This program, named after Nelson Mandela and Graca Machel, aims to nurture Africa’s future leaders. The selected candidate will work full-time for at least six months.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions for the Machel-Mandela Internship Programme:
- Under 30 years old
- Master’s level degree
- Excellent English skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic IT skills
- Passion for Africa and interest in its economic growth
- Knowledge of African politics and economics
- Familiarity with Brenthurst Foundation’s work
Internship Benefits
Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend, accommodation (if needed), and work-related expenses may be covered.
