Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the University of Glasgow African Excellence Award, applicants must:

Demonstrate academic excellence and achieve grades equivalent to a UK 1st Class Honours;
Possess an offer of a place for a postgraduate taught one year Masters program starting in September 2024;
Have International fee status;
Be domiciled in Africa;
Show a clear career and/or development plan supported by Masters level study;
Provide evidence of meeting UKVI maintenance/living costs by June 30, 2024 (if offered the scholarship).
