Eligibility Criteria
Applicants are expected to meet the following conditions for WEMA Bank Bankers-In-Training program:
- Applicants must have BSc strictly in a Management Science course e.g Business Administration, Economics, Financial Accounting, Statistics, Operations Research, Human Resources Management etc.
- Applicants must have Minimum of 2:1 class of degree.
- Applicants must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Program.
- Applicants must not be more than 26 years of age at the point of application.
