2024/2025 NDDC Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship For Nigerian Students To Study Abroad
The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is excited to announce the start of the 2024/2025 Postgraduate Foreign Scholarship Programme. This initiative offers fully funded Masters and PhD Scholarships to Nigerian students from the Niger Delta region, allowing them to pursue advanced studies overseas.

Requirements for NDDC Postgraduate Scholarship
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualifications: First degree with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division for Master’s Degree candidates and a good Master’s Degree for PhD candidates.
- Admission: Secured admission for a Postgraduate Programme in any of the listed disciplines at a foreign University.
- Eligibility: Cannot be enrolled in overseas universities, must have Guarantor’s Consent, must pass Background Check, need NYSC Completion, and must be an indigene of one of the Niger Delta states.
