RETTI Scholarship Scheme Program Application Details

The RETTI Scholarship Scheme is an in-person training program designed to educate individuals on How to Build and Install Solar Panels. This training program aims to address Nigeria’s energy challenges by producing skilled energy technicians, engineers, developers, and workers who can provide solutions to energy issues in their communities.

About the RETTI Scholarship Scheme

The Renewable Energy Technology Training Institute (RETTI) provides specialized education in renewable energy and energy efficiency. The program focuses on developing technicians, engineers, and entrepreneurs to serve as a skilled labor force for the nation’s fast-growing renewable energy companies.

Scholarship Requirements

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be between 25 and 40 years old, have a degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics, reside in the Etiosa East Local Government Area, and demonstrate seriousness and commitment to the two-week training program.

Scholarship Benefits

Selected candidates will receive solar safety gear, training materials, and certificates to start their solar businesses or gain employment with solar companies. Graduates will also join the Solar Entrepreneurs Association for continuous mentorship and job opportunities in the industry.

Application Details

The scholarship venue is the Alaguntan Skills Acquisition Center, and graduation is set for December 7, 2024. All selected applicants will be contacted by phone, and all necessary training materials will be provided as part of the program.
