Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Professional Fellows Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 25 and 40 years old
- Be citizens or residents of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, or Ethiopia
- Be eligible for a US J-1 visa
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Have a minimum of two years of professional work experience
- Ability to travel to the US for the five-week program
