Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Professional Fellows Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be between 25 and 40 years old
  • Be citizens or residents of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, or Ethiopia
  • Be eligible for a US J-1 visa
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Have a minimum of two years of professional work experience
  • Ability to travel to the US for the five-week program
