The 3MTT program, a pivotal component of the Renewed Hope agenda, is designed to enhance Nigeria’s technical capabilities by providing training in critical areas such as Software Development, UI/UX Design, Data Analysis, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Data Science, Animation, AI/Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Game Development, Cloud Computing, and DevOps.

The second phase aims to select an additional 300,000 applicants, building on the success of the first phase where 30,000 individuals have been actively engaged in diverse technical skills training since November 2023.
