Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program for Graduate Students must fulfill the following requirements:

• Must be international students
• Hold an undergraduate (first university or Bachelor’s) degree
• Have at least five years of full-time professional experience
• Minimal or no prior experience in the United States
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• A history of public service in the community
• Proficiency in the English language

Fellowship Benefits

Successful applicants will receive various benefits, including tuition and fee coverage at the host university, English language training if needed, a living allowance, health coverage, a book allowance, computer subsidy, travel expenses, and a professional development allowance.
