University of Macau International Students Scholarships 2024 (Fully-Funded)
The University of Macau is offering International Admission Scholarships to applicants with high academic achievement. These scholarships are open for international students applying to full-time Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs at UM.
The aim of the International Student Scholarship is to attract more international students to study at the University of Macau. The scholarship covers tuition fees and accommodation expenses for Bachelor and Master students.

Outstanding UM students, whether undergraduates or postgraduates, can receive scholarships and academic prizes for their academic or extracurricular accomplishments.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the University of Macau International Students Scholarships, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be international students
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree certificate
- International applicants must meet the admission requirements of their respective degree programs at UM
- Applicants from China (including Macao SAR, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan China) are not considered international students.
Scholarship Benefit
Successful applicants for the University of Macau International Students Scholarships will receive the following benefits:
Scholarship Package (for Bachelor)
- Waiver of:
- Tuition fees
- Residential College fees (shared bedroom)
- Honours College certificate program fees (if applicable)
- Minor program fees (if applicable)
- Scholarship duration is the normal study period of the admitted program, typically 4 or 5 years.
Scholarship Package (for Master)
- Waiver of:
- Tuition fees
- Postgraduate House (twin room) fees
- Scholarship duration is the normal study period of the admitted program, typically 2 or 3 years.
