Dr. MAS Undergraduate Scholarship Awards 2023

Dr. MAS Undergraduate Scholarship Awards is a merit and need-based multiple scholarships that are open to all undergraduates studying Medicine, Engineering, Economics, and Computer Science and other Degree Courses in Public Universities in Nigeria.

iMudah @50 for 50 Undergraduate Scholarships is the maiden program under the Dr. MAS Scholars Foundation,

Scholarship Eligibility:

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

• Be a citizen of Nigeria and a student of a federal or state-owned University in Nigeria be studying Medicine, Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science
• Currently, be in the second or third year of full-time study i.e. Year 2 or 3
• Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 in a 5-grade system for Engineering, Economics, and Computer Science students
• Be in the top 20% of their class as stated in a reference from the University’s College of Medicine’s admin for Medicine students.
• Submit 3 short essays on:

1. “Why I am qualified for this scholarship and what I will be doing with the award.” (Maximum 300 words).
2. Please enroll in the course: Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles; an EDX Online Course: https://www.edx.org/course/exercising-leadership-foundational-principle from Harvard University on Leadership. Complete this within 2-3 weeks and provide a 350-word summary of Leadership and how this course has benefitted you.
3. How do you imagine/expect the future of your profession to be in ten years, and what role do you see yourself playing in creating and promoting that future? (Maximum of 250 words).

Dr. MAS Undergraduate Scholarship Requirements

Your application should include:

• Current transcript from year 1 to your present level.
• 2 References: One of which should be from a former employer/current professor, and the other a personal/character reference.
