The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) is a government agency aimed at developing indigenous human capacity and petroleum technology to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry, providing scholarships to MSc and Ph.D. students seeking specific programs at selected institutions through its PTDF Overseas Scholarship Scheme for the 2025/2026 academic session.
