Express Entry Canada: Canada Immigration Through Express Entry

Canada Express Entry

The Canada Immigration Express Entry Program was introduced in January 2015 in the IRCC system for Canadian immigration. This program is designed for the selection of workers who are looking to migrate to Canada for financial stability. This is an entirely online process that involves the federal government, provincial governments, and employers in Canada. This new Canadian immigration selection system strives to eliminate all the complicated processes involved in immigration.

Canada Immigration Express Entry makes the immigration process simpler, faster, and efficient and benefits the qualified skilled worker in obtaining permanent residence in 6 months

Express Entry Program is not an immigration program in itself. Express Entry is an application management system that is used by the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to manage and process the application received through different federal economic immigration programs of Canada for skilled workers.

  • Federal Skilled Trades Class
  • Federal Skilled Worker Class
  • Canadian Experience Class
  • Part of the Provincial Nominee Programs

Eligibility requirements differ for each of Canada Immigration Express Entry-aligned programs. All the candidates are required to have at least one year of skilled work experience and language proficiency in Canadian official languages – French and English. All the Express Entry applicants will be screened for criminal history and medical issues – through biometric tests.
